Isn’t there some song that goes “This town ain’t big enough for the both of us”? Well, there’s another new monthly literary night in town, and I have a feeling this particular town, Oxford, is plenty big enough.
No Reading Alone, at the Isis Tavern from 7.30 on Friday 1th January, is a very different beast from what we do, but it looks like a very super event, and I’d have said that even if the lovely organiser guy hadn’t said er, OK then when I rudely barged in saying oi gotta space for some transgressive poetry.
