Not the Oxford Literary Festival: Jessie Grace

(We have a Facebook page – do come and “like” us and say hi)

At the very first gig I ever did, back in 2009, I made the choice to have music as well as words. And the act I wanted was Jessie Grace, whose scuzzy but beautifully polished blues make the perfect accompaniment to what we write.

that's Jessie on the left at To Hell With Books

Jessie has since performed with us at Rough Trade and To Hell With Books, and now I can’t tell you how excited I am she’s back with us for Not the Oxford Literary Festival on March 30th (performing at around 8.30). Please take a moment to get to know her music – have a listen to the fabulous Science Tree

and the very different but equally stunning King of Villains. And go and buy her fabulous Asleep on the Good Foot.

And start to get very excited about the chance to see this incredible musician, and 24 carat eight cuts and Year Zero icon, for absolutely FREE.
